If your ring or earring order is in stock and does not need to be resized or adjusted it will be mailed the following day. Made-to-order jewelry will ship as soon as it's created (See the items description for lead-times or you can email for an estimate before you place your order). Rings that need to be resized take 1 week to ship. An estimated ship date will be provided within 24 hours of your purchase. All orders are shipped with FedEx 2nd-Day delivery, come with tracking notifications and a signature will be required for delivery. Please note that taxes may need to be paid on international orders before they can be released from customs. If you don't know your ring size, don't worry, your nearest jewelry store is an easy way to get your size. If you're in San Francisco you can setup an appointment with me to size your finger. I'm happy to resize your ring for free once you've figured out your correct size, if you’re not able to get it before your purchase. It’s ideal to have the correct ring size for custom or made-to-order rings. Please note, that full-eternity diamond bands can not be resized. Some ring styles can only be resized (+/-) 1-2 sizes. Returns are welcome up to 7 days after the purchase is made. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions before mailing your return. Returns can not be made on custom orders, select made-to-order, or select sized-to-order rings. Returned jewelry must be unworn and in the same condition if was received. You will be notified by email when the returned jewelry is received and issued a refund to the debit/credit card it was purchased with. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process. Elliot Gaskin guarantees the structural integrity, diamond/gemstone authenticity, and quality of all jewelry sold. Each piece goes through strict quality control and is examined under a microscope to insure all stones are set securely. Grading and authenticity certificates for large diamonds will always be provided if available. Invoices will include all of the information needed to insure your jewelry. It is strongly recommended jewelry purchased is insured in case of loss, theft, or damage. Elliot Gaskin is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of clients gemstones, diamonds, or jewelry at any time. If a stone becomes loose in your jewelry it can be repaired fast and easily. Get in contact as soon a possible so no damage or loss occurs. Most jewelry will need cleaning and inspection for occasional maintenance. Custom made jewelry, special orders, and sized to order jewelry sales are final.
Elliot Gaskin only uses ethically sourced and/or reclaimed diamonds from vintage jewelry. 100% recycled gold and platinum is used to cut down on the environmental impact of mining. When reusing/recycling gold, leftover solid gold pieces are cleaned and melted down for refining. The gold used needs to be a specific karat and color, so strict quality control procedures are taken to make sure the gold is clean and pure. The gold and platinum used is from one source to insure consistent quality, metal color, and 100% certificated recycled.
Square invoicing is used for receiving payment for custom jewelry orders where you can use a credit card securely. The full payment is needed to start your order.
